Career and Money
It is interesting how humans seem to have such contradictory
views on career and money--even human Buddhists. On the one
hand, humans have constructed a society in which money is needed
for just about everything they might want to do. But on the
other hand, humans seem to have very derogatory terms for those
who are successful in the world of money and career: "filthy
rich", "greedy bastard", and "fat cat".
Come to think
of it, that last one is kind of interesting. It seems that even
as humans insult one another, they are acknowledging the superiority
which we felines have attained in the world of career and money.
Us cats do indeed
have no particular attachment to career and money. That is because
we have completely mastered some Siddhas in the world of money.
Basically, the idea is to get a human who will do all the work
for you. The human then earns the money to support us cats in
the best possible vibe location. The human may even think their
career success is their own idea, but it is really just a Siddha
that we felines have perfected which causes the human to do
our will in the world of money. Once we've attained this level
of mastery of the money realms, there is no need to have any
particular attachment to money. Why be attached to something
when you've mastered the Siddha needed to attain it at will?
"Fat cat". It
really tells you something when the wealthiest humans are compared
to felines, doesn't it?
