Last weekend I took a hankering to go visit sunny southern California. Yep, I had a real good time out in the land of 'nuts and fruits'! While I was there I decided to go to this disco place in Newport Beach. Man! Was that an experience! All these weird people dancing with out even touching each other! I tell you, not one person there could do the "Two Step" or "Shodish". They seemed to like my hat cause they were always a pointing and grinning at each other about it.

I did however meet this cute little blond. She said her name was Sharing. I asked her if that was her name or what she did. She said, "Yes". Let me tell you we had one hell of a time. Long about midnight, she started to talk about this here Guru that she had written. That Guru was you! Anyhow, she said that you was some sort of enlightened avatar and that you were full of all the light and such. She scribbled down your address on the back of a book of matches that were on the night stand of this cheap motel. So's I figured that I would give you a holler and check you out!

Tell me oh enlightened one (I hope that these are the right words. Sharing told me that you need to be told about your greatness and all as part of the etiquette.) I was wondering if your light was ever recognized in this world and if anyone ever gave you gifts from their heart.

Scuse me if my wording ain't exactly up to all that New Age stuff that Sharing seemed to be so good at.

Dear, Cletis.

My but I am impressed that I am getting mail from all over the country. My fame seems to be growing without measure! I must correct your addressing me as "Brahma Dung" and then leaving off the Ananda part. My Brahma Dung is incomplete with out the bliss... which is what Ananda means. I realize that these terms are new to you foreigners.

I am glad that you met up with one of my new devotee's. Sharing really has a way of spreading... the light that is.

You asked if my light was ever recognized by the world. To be honest, it really hasn't until recently. But the greatness of my inner light seems to be so strong that it is finally reaching the everyday people that clutter up this world.

Why just this week I was having my Yugo serviced at Walmart and when I had a most wondrous experience in having the general community recognize what a great avatar I am. There I was, sitting in the crowded auto service waiting room between this married couple. She weighed over three hundred pounds and he was a gnarly looking old goat. Neither of them seemed have had a bath in at least a week. Can you believe that they were complaining about how "I" smelled. I kinda like my 'back to the earthiness aroma'. I could not believe their rudeness! As a matter of fact, it wasn't very long before several people started to put their handkerchiefs over their noses and complain.

Then a wondrous change took place. One young lady, who saw my true inner light, actually left and returned a short time later with a bag of soap, shampoo and deodorant which she presented to me as a gift! I can tell you, I was touched by her selfless giving.

A short time later a young man came a presented me with the gifts of Mouthwash, toothpaste and even a toothbrush!

This was followed by a priest that handed me a bag of laundry detergent, bounce sheets and $2 in quarters! "Cleanliness is next to godliness!", he stated in an obvious reference to my inner light.

I was mightily impressed by such an out-pouring of love and selfless giving. Why, I even tried to share it with the gnarly old man who was sitting next to me. He growled through an acetone breath that I needed it far worse that him. In fact he seemed a bit enraged that I would try to share such a holy gift with him. Funny how some people are!

So you can see. When you become as advanced as I, the reaction of the world is sometimes a little negative, but if you just sit in your space long enough, people will come around and make wonderful gestures to your inner light.
