Subject: Serious Meditation Question
Beggin' for a funny meditation answer.

As meditation arises, all discursive thought stops for as long as I want it to -- an hour, two hours, whatever. No one home.

There is nothing but power and beautiful light emanations -- emptiness and flux.

Mind is also in flux, for it includes the objects of observation -- the emptiness, the power, the beautiful light, the flux.

And it becomes obvious that mind is not yet fully stablized because the emptiness, the power, the beautiful light, the flux appears to be the observer. And, if the observer has any fundamental nature it is impermanence, change. But it cannot be the fundamental nature, because something is apparently changing. But if that is the case, what is it that is changing? I find nothing substantial anywhere. It is silly and weird, and kind of cool.

My thought is to continue the practice as is. But, I do not know this for sure, because I do not recall having instruction beyond the practice required to quiet discursive thought.

Anyone out there have some experience and/or insight in this department?
