Subject: Re: Intrinsic Good vs. Extrinsic Good
o.k. Is War Intrinsic Good, or Extrinsic Good?
If War is a part of Nature, as the Lion eating the deer is a part of Nature, than it is neither of the Goods, nor is it evil?

In History, many have believed that War is either Good or it is just a fact of nature, which is neither good nor evil.
What if Germany had won World War Two, and rewrote all the books and philosophiles and religions, then what? Would War then be considered "Good"? Who decides if war is good or bad?
Moral judgements? Hard, depends where one stands. E.G. In war between Christianity and Islam, which is Morally superier? Both have Killed for their beliefs so who is right or Moral? If Islam wins, they write the book on Morality----Yes?

Simple example: Role of Women in Christianity and Islam, which is morally superier? Depends on who wins the wars, right? Each believes it has "Good" on its side. Just rambling, specific examples are always a good test of a philosiphy.
