Subject: Nothing is good nor bad but thinking makes it so
I remember Rama once said,==="Nothing is good nor bad but thinking makes it so." I wonder, about this teaching because for example, one could say, "War is neither good nor bad, but our thinking about war can make it either good or bad?" If one is detached, does it matter if there is a war between peoples or nations? Like in high school, if two guys want to fight each other, is it anyone else's business to label the fight good or bad, or to take sides and label one guy good and the other guy bad?
Is there a level of reality which transcends the duality of good and bad? If one is in the volid, would one even consider at all the concepts of good and bad, the goodness and badness of any given war?

On a related note on duality, in the volid, is there gender, do we have gender? What of duality and when and where does duality end?

Is there really a good and bad? Are not concepts of good and bad a limited concept of limited minds? Henry
