Good and bad are relative. For example, offshoring of technology jobs to India is considered bad by many American workers. But the Indian workers who get those jobs would consider it a good thing. Similarily, the stockholders of the companies that have reduced their costs may think that the offshoring is a good thing because the company makes more money and some people in India probably view the fact that women can get technology jobs and support themselves as a bad thing because it erodes their traditional culture. So good and bad are relative based on our attachments and aversions. If we take away our ideas of how things should be then we would find that people aren't good or bad. They're just people chasing ideas.

Gender is an aspect of our physical and energy bodies. It is part of the duality and I don't think that it exists when we look really deep into our beings.
