A Padmasambhava moment |
Padmasambhava is the patron for those who teach in weird places; he is the guy who traveled to Tibet from India way back when and spread the dharma...
I'm not looking to teach just now; and I totally fell for a posting elsewhere from a young US soldier in Iraq looking for books on Buddhism or meditation and mentioning how the chaplains didn't seem to know much about Buddhism.
yeah, in the middle of hell on the sand, a fellow occultist who may not even know that word yet decides to start his quest, assemblage point in motion....
Of course I loaded up a box of various CD's, books, etc., enough to fuck with his mind, in a good way.
Apparently, what Rama would jokingly call the "global domination of the minds of youth" continues... :) |
