Challenge |
Instead of insubstantial personal attacks, why doesn't someone actually order the book and write a "scathing" or otherwise review of it. That would probably be far more meaningful than name calling and drudging up the dead past.
In fact, I will give a copy to anyone who wants to do that--limit of five books. Send me a mailing address.
