Paris in the Fall. . .except for dog feces I hear it is great. I am sure the French will figure that out like they have everything else cultural and societal. I love the French.
Yeah, those Americans spend a disproportionate amount on defense and offense. That is for sure! I don't see why they do that, frankly.
They need to consider and pass laws for the disabled. Like handicapped accomodations for travel, parking, accessibility to public buildings and transportation, parks, etc. And frankly, a lot of disabled cannot work, seems like there should be programs to help them with survival and necessary equipment. What about education for disabled? When will those Americans get it together? I hear some countries provide early child care programs for disabled kids, in home care and training for parents and their infants and toddlers, even before school begins. Oh, is that the USA who does that? Oh yeah, well they need to do more. They need to serve uninsured noncitizens who have health problems. Oh yeah, they do that too.
Didn't special olympics begin in France? NO? Hmmm, somebody I think maybe a guy named JFK and the Shriver family began the Special Olympics in 1961. Must be a few Americans who care, cuz I think Special Olympics grew and finally went from National to International.
I personally think they have way too many laws. Leash laws, rabies shots, a dog can have no fun. YOu know dogs can't even run free in parks cuz of environmental laws. Owners feel compelled to pick up their dog's poop. Pretty shitty if you ask me.
Many ways to look at the world, nes'pa? (sorry my French is a little rusty) Avec amour |
