Thanks to all for your comments. Your insights and ways to deal with this problem are most welcome. We will see what happens in the next few months. This process has allowed me to look at my behaviors, her motivations and whats' driving them. I don't work directly for this person, but there has been (is) a running battle between her and my boss (A Deputy Director). My boss is retirong soon and she is in a major move for more political influence with the Director and at the same time take me and my group down. She is a powerful occultist, leaning towards the "Dark Side" ( I know, judgements, etc.). It's been interesting. I find myself as a detached observer of all of this, and at the same time the warrior spirit arises and I want to 'take her out'. But, after considering the views and experiences all of you have offered, I believe my response will be impeccability in my job and make sure my staffs work is also impeccable. I am aware of what is going on and I can 'see' her means and methods. Most of this is 'behind the scenes' stuff so I guess I must deal with it as an occult warrior, while trying to be a 'good buddhist'.....?? |
