I asked the question because I felt a strong vibration from her post. (I assume that NonPoet is a she) A vibration, that to me came from understanding. I asked because I suspected that she has had this experience and I wanted to validate with my own.
Many years ago, before I met Rama, I had a deep Samadhi experience. Over the years I've heard many different definitions of what people accept as Samadhi however the only description that seems accurate to me is the description that Rama used to give. It's the only one that matched my own experience.
From my understanding the ecstasy is beyond human comprehension. The greatest ecstasy the average person has experienced is literally like a tiny drop in the endless ocean of this ecstasy. That's why we would get so high in Rama's presence. You couldn't help but feel a bit of it.
I think that perhaps your quandary is the question, "Is this another passing experience?" Is it so awesome that it stops the seeker from further dissolution of this and all awareness's? Is this it or is there more and are we by instruction, stuck here?
I've spent a lot of time contemplating this question. I've come to the conclusion that, "It's all good."
