While I fully agree the media has played on the hearts and minds of the world to manipulate us all... I also must say I have never been hit harder into present time and the realization of impermanence in my lifetime. I think it is safe to say all of our beings were shattered right open... Use this time wisely... Meditate deeply... If love compassion and forgiveness were ever needed...
It is needed now... The war is being fought right now on the inner... Give it your all in anyway you can... Through light... Through the stillness of your meditation... Through prayer... To the powers that be and prayer for the beings that were so suddenly thrown out of their bodies that they will find their way quickly to a more beautiful realm... And that if any of our love ones and friends were one of them that they are partying right now with Rama... Listening to his outrageously funny critique of what it was like on planet earth...
Also Through writing to your local papers or web sites... Perhaps just through talking with your neighbors and the people you come in contact with throughout the day... People are terribly afraid right now and confused and angry... Maybe it's a good time to let go of all our self absorbtion and be of light and service to others... And yes take that hike in nature by all means because if we take too much of the media in and don't recharge and balance out we will be of no help to others...
