On a more serious note.... |
With all this jollity surrounding our talks of dildos and such, I was suddenly reminded quite abruptly how lucky we are to be able to talk like this in an imbalanced world.
A few days ago a woman in Iran was put into a pit dug in the ground and stoned to death. Her crime? She was a porn star. The first Iranian woman is running for President since 1979, but she is not sure if the law will allow a woman as president. Women in Saudi Arabia are not allowed to drive cars....the list goes on.
