Levels of Enlightenment |
Rama mentioned something about 14 levels of enlightenment at the KalaChakra meeting.
I can't define meditation, let alone enlightenment. I know that when I sat with Rama something happened that I cannot describe in words. But I sure do try!
When I sat with him, it was easy to stop thought. I didn't have to do much. Today, when I meditate, it still happens, on a good day.
I remember Rama saying, "When thought stops, Samadhi begins." I also remember Rama saying Samadhi is the beginning level of enlightenment.
If this is true, then many students are beginners -- "entry level" enlightened practioners.
