Can you give a little more information?
How long have you worked with this teacher? Is this teacher a Rama student, another Buddhist teacher, your English teacher...??
Rama never took someone apart without helping them rebuild it. It's not enough to just show someone something that rattles their current structures without helping them create better ones. He taught us an occultist doesn't let go of their lines without being able to go to better ones.
Rama always could tell us "I know a way out of hell" AND he could outline what had to be done to do it. Might be stuff you hated to do, but the heck of it was, it would work...
