I love your analogy!
You might find it interesting to know (or somebody might, if you already know this) that we once had a task from Rama to bake bread for each other. Only he wanted us to make it BY HAND! Kneeding, raising the bread; the whole works (this was before bread makers anyway).
The purpose of the task was to make bread for our fellow team members. We were on software and teaching teams at the time. He said that baking bread was an ancient Egyptian custom. He also said that when we ate the bread the was made for us, we would intuitively sense how that person felt about you. It really worked! Although, I do hope that they didn't judge my feelings for them based on my baking ability...some of those loaves were...REALLY bad! For example, grape juice is NOT a suitable substitute for wine... :( |
