Enlightened? |
Equinox posed an intriquing question. If you are enlightened, are you keeping it a secret? Why?
I don't want to sound mysterious, or maybe I do. I think the answer to this is "yes" for a few.
Hypothetically, IF you were enlightened, how would you handle it? Would you proclaim your enlightenment? Would you assume people would find you? Would you just trust eternity to run the show????
Consider this. When Ram Dass found his enlightened master he was told not to advertise the master or his enlightenment.
I figure that by the time a person steps into Samadhi and the beginning stages of enlightenment he or she realizes it is not his/her show.
