sometimes it seems like the best thing to do might be to not try to move away from the uninspired feeling at all.
y'know? for a little while anyway.
sometimes it can be worthwhile to just *be* with what it is, accepting it for what it is -simply feeling uninspired- as another experience...part & parcel with being alive and...something that will inevitably pass.
'Transcending Madness' by Chogyam Trungpa, discusses the bardos and the necessity of being with the space of the energy of a feeling.
highly recommended!
as well as 'Sacred World' by Jeremy Hayward.
an absolute must-read! imo.
