Subject: Timeless health
Did you know that by the age of 70 most people have lost almost one third of their brain cells? This cell loss is one of the primary causes of aging and associated health problems with the heart, joints, lungs, kidneys, eyes, digestion, and even sex drive.

So what is it that causes all these brain cells to die? Well, one of the main reasons is brain plaque. That's why 4 out of 5 spiritual teachers recommend meditation twice a day to keep your brain clean. And 'brushing' with awareness can dissolve that unsightly residue which builds up to a hardening of the attitude.

If you want to slow down the aging process, it is best to target in on the main culprits that are attacking the 3 pounds of watery cell soup that you 'exist' in. The brain is highly sensitive to frequencies, being that it is mostly water with billions of neurons firing through it.

Excessive thinking actually raises the temperature of the brain and causes the protective enzymes to work extra hard to fight off the free radical oxidants attacking your cells. Meditation, then, will help slow the brain waves, much like the cooling rods in a nuclear reactor.

Meditation can be used to scan the harmonic residue that is inherent in the identities 'we' create. The identities 'you' hold on to require thought energy to maintain them. Anything you label yourself or think about, be it spiritual or psychological, are merely toxic patterns that have been imposed onto cells that are functioning quite nicely without any interference.

All 'your' thinking is basically wearing out the body. Staying present, then, will keep the past and future from dominating 'your' attention, and 'you' won't accumulate time in your psyche and in the cells of your body.

Thinking is all time bound. No matter how 'lofty' or wonderful one thinks 'their' knowledge or experience is, it is only resistance to the emptiness of one's true nature. Just be, and let the energy transform itself and pattern itself into its own natural energy state, and let the timeless inner body emerge.
