I only heard Rama talk about Western mystical traditions once, and that was disparaging. He said something like (not an exact quote), "They're all based on the linear/scientific approach, which is the belief that there is a cause/effect formula for everything, and if you figure out the formula, you can figure out the phenomenon." Then he laughed. |
