the colour purple |
I have been dealing with a difficult person.
I have used the technique whereby I visualise an umbilical chord connecting us at the belly, then cut it, and watch it turn black shrivel up and fall off. Ahhh! freedom! This has worked well for me in the past - but I wonder what other techniques are available to me?
A close friend - who is a meditator, a very spiritual and evolved person, and a teacher to me - suggested that whenever I have to deal with this difficult person I should employ a certain technique of visualisation. I should visualise a purple pyramid surrounding this person. Purple is the colour of truth - and so while I maintain this visualisation, the person will be bound by truth, and will not cause trouble.
