Yes. In the realm of the mystic the left eye (to the person his/herself) is a powerful tool (I note that sometimes the photos get reversed). You can move the lines of the world and stop incidents from happening - I once saw an accident on the 405 freeway (at high speed) about to happen, and felt a strong energy come from my left eye. It was a stopping energy. Luckily, though many cars spun off in different directions, no cars were damaged (or people for that matter) in the filming of this moment.
So yes, you are correct in your observation. You will often note that the left eye is - well - different. You can feel it in yourself. Try it!
The right eye? Compassion. That's my experience anyways.
