Yes, I constantly 'overheat'. However, I've reached the age of many baby boomers who are actually the well-hidden cause of global warming. We throw off enough heat at any given point to heat a city for a few minutes (solar panels have nothing on us). If you fit the age/physical category of a hot-flash phenomena (or are just reading this as a viewer and fit the category) welcome! It's an exciting phenomena. It's also a very startling time to be a mystic - especially when you think you've got most of your ducks in a row. Sort of like a great exercise to blow out the heat sync on your computer and flame out (take the hard drive with it too). Heck. There's always a new computer around the bend - especially if you practice the Tibetan Rebirth Processes, and never change bodies in the process.
But I digress: If this isn't your present situation, well, I think the above answers from Yogini and Mussette touch all the bases like Barry Bonds. Folks on this board really are very well practiced and informative.
In the end, there's always Icecream!
