Funny thing about all of those tapes that Rama asked us to get rid of. Rama didn't get rid of his copies. Most of the tapes that were used to produce the transcripts and CD's that the Frederick Lenz Foundation has released were found in Rama's basement. :)
Rama also recommended journaling a persons experiences so that you can go back later and see how you've changed.
