I believe that prior to our and all of what we perceive to be existence there was … that which has no name. Let’s call this the “Natural State”.
So there is the natural state and there is everything else.
Everything else being- all we believe and perceive. Even the bardo is a perception of our separate-ego mind. And even the state of Samadhi (as amazing as it is) is a separate experience/awareness from the “Natural State”.
I have come to believe that many of the great traditions have been born out of the perception /belief that the state of Samadhi is IT. Having experienced Samadhi first hand- I can easily understand how this mistaken identity has come to be.
I have come to believe that the state of Samadhi is a perception of God. Not real God but an ecstatic-never ending experience.
I have come to believe that the state of Samadhi is a “world” where the many gods and goddesses exist and have always existed. I believe that if a person can experience this ecstatic state of awareness- she/he can live among the Gods- have great powers and experience this ecstasy forever.
I have come to believe that the “Natural State” is the source from which ALL else arises. All perception of the countless worlds arise from the ONE: the “Natural State”.
I know that most people will never understand what I’m talking about but I’ve said it. This is my truth and this is what, after a lifetime of searching, I have come to believe.
With that said- it’s all good.
