Subject: Re: Zen Types - Anybody Hear of Zen Mysticism?
I'm guessing when "advanced" (scuse me if I laugh at that one) students of Rama talk about missing mysticism, I think what they are really talking about is the Castenedian type of instruction ala Don Juan. You know, the pure power stuff, how to store energy, how to use it properly, make sure you are not being drained and channeling that energy corrected. It is fun (though a bit trecherous at times) and it is not a set of skills that is often taught in self discovery.

So, I'm athinkin' that may be what they were talking about.

And I was giggling before because in the decades that I spent with Rama, I never heard him refer to any of his students as being "advanced". "Old" or "intermediate", yes. Advanced, no.
