Chronologism |
I don't mean the Fluid that makes baby clocks: either. If you aren't careful with your pendulum, that is.
That is disgusting, and a rankly puerile gob of metaphoric up-chuck.
Meta-euphorically, then, Arms and the Man I Sing.
And t'was but Yesterday a year gone by... in the Chronologie of White Folks, that is.
But if you break the Bloody Glass, you still won't change the Weather.
Whether or not you know what time it is, if there is time, no-time "5 Seconds! FIVE! SECONDS!!" he said, looking at his watch and then reading off the various Elapsed Times to us with an air of simple wonder and amazed surprise. And when we left the hall, that evening it was clear and warm, and PCH was sparse, and the Canyon was as it had always been. I left the Glass alone.
I can't get this Chronologism off me.
But I try, and I try, and I try, and I try.
I can't get No.
