Christmas is always a stress filled time. Exchanging gifts can be fun but dealing with the crowds to find the perfect gift can really be a burden. One thing to consider would be to give the gift of time and to come to an agreement with the individuals who have given you this grief that there won't be any gifts next year (thus you don't have to face the frantic crowds). Instead give the money to a charity. Everybody can feel good about that.
But then people will still find things to give us grief about. So don't expect any solution to solve that problem. :) |
