Rama, Dr Frederick Lenz, was awarded his Ph.D. in English Literature at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. His doctoral dissertation "The Evolution of Matter and Spirit in the Poetry of Theodore Roethke" was directed by the Pulitzer Prize-winning poet, Louis Simpson, Ph.D. It is in this spirit that we have created this Poetry section, to encourage the appreciation and creation of words of beauty. We encourage you, our readers, to contribute.
